.this week.

.this week has been HARD. i have been emotionally drained, knowing that i am soon moving, and have pasted the "1 month until we move" date. i have been physically drained, working ALOT of hours with kirbys, and with sees's, and than getting home and realizing I have no underwear, and having to do laundry at 10 pm to have some for tomorrow. i dont feel stressed, just more "loosing my mind" state. yea, thats it.

.however, through all of my stresses, being drained, i have something, someone that brings a smile to my face, and tears to my eyes knowing i have to say bye in 27 days. Someone I have grown so close to, someone who just makes my worries go away, and my mind cleared. she is more beautiful than anyone i have EVER known. she is simple. she is sweet. she has so much potential in her small body, and she is going to be such an "room brightener" with her personality, and smile. she is smart beyond belief, and knows God even at her small age.

.i am going to stop typing here... because my eyes are filled with tears. i will just leave you with a picture, and you will see why my life is SO good even through this hectic time in my life....because i get to spend time with her.

.5 weeks.

.its starting to settle in. i am starting to realize that in 5 weeks, we are packing up, driving 12 hours, and calling it "home" for the next 2 years at least. dont get me wrong, i am SO READY to have a place of our own, to really fill married.... however, i am realizing the "home" i am leaving, that I have had for 21 years of my life. i have NEVER moved in my life...to most moving i have had, across the hallway to a room of my own. i am pretty scared to be honest, i know i will have my home-sickness at 21, its totally normal.

.andrew laughs at me. he thinks its silly that i am going to get emotional about leaving my mom, my dad, my dog, my house, my washington weather, my washington air, my well water, my kirby family, my church kids, my church "family... and the list goes on. but he has moved almost every year of his life, so he said, he is use to it.

.i am excited to have our "own" place, to decorate our place (CHEAP)... i have enjoyed making purchases from good will, and having to sand it down, and paint it, and call it my own, knowing i didnt spend 100 dollars, but more like 20.

.i am scared, nervous, and will definitely have a breakdown when i have to say bye, but i also excited to start a place of my own, with my hubby :)

."cool club" for a day.

.so back in the day, i visited the WONDERFUL kirby family. this was RIGHT before christmas and i met Tammy's brother wife & kids as well. as i left the house, i realized that Tammy and her brother drove the same car just in different color. with the "mean comments back and forth" friendship kyle kirby and i have... i texted him, asking him if i would be apart of the family if i drove a landcruiser or a bronco.

.kyle informed me that there was a "cool club" that he was president of (hem, and ONLY member of) and that in order to be apart of that club i needed to sell my honda and purchase a bronco or landcruiser.

.well while andrew was in medford, it was BEAUTIFUL weather, and bree and i decided to go on a bike ride... however we were bike-less. so i texted the handy dandy kirby family to ask if i could borrow their bikes (last time i borrowed their dog to go running with me, my dog as cute as he is, cant keep up with his 2 legged owner on 3 legs). they said i could borrow the bikes, and than i proceeded to ask if i could borrow the car to drive the bikes closer to padden... so we could ride.

.kyle was VERY hesitate, until i bugged him enough about not trusting me with his "baby" yet he has NO problem with his OWN children. so i picked up the bronco, and the bikes and we had ALOT of fun. kyle watched me as a pulled out and drove away, as if i was taking his baby away from him forever. i think i saw tears in his eyes. . . and it just so happened he was standing in the garage, as i pulled into the driveway... as if he saw me coming, and RAN to greet his baby and make sure it had no dents (which he did check...and make sure i didnt hit anything.

.so i guess i was apart of the "cool club" for a day.
.the car that allowed me to be apart of the "cool club" for a day.
.i LOVE this picture of bree.
.i gots skills.
.it was a great ride.
.two bikes as once.
.beef jerky was a MUST for a bike ride to be complete.

.for an early v-day present i gave andrew a card with $100 for a ski trip. i had planned with uncle dave to drive bak with him, and go pick him up a week later. andrew had so much fun, and i finally got to see "medford" that he has always talked about. i also got to meet grandma &
grandma muir as well as GREAT grandma lela. they were SO nice and we talked and i learned alot :) I got to see a bit of medford, but only spent about 15 hours total there because i had to be back for see's the following day.

.see's. oh brother. i am VERy thankful for the extra paycheck to payoff my car...but it was DRAINING. i got extended almost every night. LONG lines, early mornings. so this morning... phew, i slept until 11 am this morning. i was GONE. yesterday andrew and my "valentines" day was spoiled because i worked an extra 2 hours.. poor thing waited for me outside the store, and was SO good about it. we did dinner and came home, where i felt like i died for 11 hours before
awaking to reality. i get to spend tomorrow with andrew. i am so thankful.

.computer geek vs 5 year old.

.as most know, my hubby is a computer "geek". Yes, geek is used in a good way, because we never have computer problems, because scottie gets them fixed before I have a chance to complain that i cant get on facebook, gmail, myspace or blogger.

.so my computer freak can log onto computer in another state. Yes! you read that right, he logs onto his parents computer in Utah all the time to download movies.music. or help change something. so in our little "basement home" we have his laptop and the mac mini (desktop)...well he can log onto the computer and do the freaking "typing when no one is at the computer horror film kinda thing" yea.

.well we kinda messed with a five year old. a very smart five year old. but i didnt see it as a bad thing, because now she thinks our computer is da bomb. she would be sitting there looking up her mitchel musso, and andrew would change it.

At first she got mad, and than gave up. until i told her to go to it and say "play" and name a song. she did, and suddenly and honor film typing on its own thing would begin and play her song. she suddenly turned around and said, "its reading my mind" so i was like, maybe if we go into another room and you whisper it to me, it wont know. we ran into another room giggling, and she shut the door and would whisper a song. i would text the song to andrew, we came out of the room and the computer would be playing her song. she was speechless. it was hilarious.

so her little fiver year old mind would say, well if we went upstairs, it wont hear me for sure. so we did, to come down to the computer playing the song she named. it was hilarious, and of course, we got it all on video :) america's funniest home video, maybe?
