.the westensee family.

.we have had a blast in Utah so far. we sure have missed being around family. like A-LOT.

.i have learned a few things so far. B-is getting spoiled beyond belief. She LOVES her grandma but when we are home she loves being wherever Tyler or Evan is. It's quite adorable. She is quite opposite of her cousin, but when they are both tired, they both act the same. Grumpy. They play pretty well together overall. And lily has realized she can fight for herself.

.parker boy- I have never realized HOW much of a moments boy he is, until we came here. The first day he would not even think about going to anyone else, and would cry when I put him down. He very much likes doing his own thing by himself. he loves to eat, and will go straight for you if your eating to get a bite. He loves blonde haired girls. And loves to pretend to talk on the phone, say mama or dada and color.

.anyways. I have TONS of pictures so I'm going to try and give a quick update of our past few days and write a couple of my favorite stories.

.thursday night we got in at 12:30am. We were tired and the first flight was long. Both kids had meltdowns and was crying . The second flight was heaven. Both kids were wide awake, but sat still and were laughing and so happy.

.friday we went to wheeler farm. They have farm animals a wagon ride pulled by a tractor, you can milk cows, a playground, and just a lot of fun things. B was in HEAVEN she ran and ran and runaround. We saw cows, chickens, bunnies, rooster, horses, sheep, turkeys, piglets, etc. it was very cool and we sure are thankful for gma/gpa for taking us.

.saturday we went to the temple as a family (minus heather and Tyler). It was really nice to go, and such an awesome experience. My sister watched my kids, and ended up with a bloody nose from Brooklynn. we headed down to the splash pad together. the kids thought it was too cold compared to san antonio. parker was the first one to stand there and get wet, and laughed and laughed.

.sunday was church. we had a great time, came home and spent time with family and just having a relaxing day.

.monday- parker threw up from choking. he had a HORRIBLE smelling/overall nasty diaper from his antibiotics. I took Parker to the doctor for the rash on the back of his leg. Than we headed off to the zoo. B had a MAJOR attitude when we got there and so I took her off to have some one in one time. (Time out). She finally changed her attitude and had a blast. She came home and made cookies with grandma and played the remainder of the night with her cousin.

.some favorite stories.

.here is a example of how different lily and brooklynn us...on Sunday grandpa was sleeping in the recliner, we asked lily was Gpa was doing and she replied "he's sleeping" bee quietly not to wake him... Than about 3 minutes later b walks through the door from being outside with uncle Ty and was walking past and saw Gpa was asleep... Goes over and smacks his arms and says "Gpa! Wake up." Hilarious.

.b was pushing Parker in the stroller at the zoo and pushes him right up to the window and says, "there ya go Parker" she wanted him to see.

.saturday lily and b were tired and grumpy. B kept bugging lily more and more and getting in her face. Lily finally just reached up and decked b in the face.
