.2012..

.yes we are alive.

.barely.

.but we are kicking, and getting ready to move onto our next big adventure.

.but 2012 sure treated us good.

.january-we were living in rexburg. andrew was still going to school. he was offered the internship offer in Texas at USAA. Brooklynn was 8 months and learning to take steps....crazy that was the beginning of this year.

.february- i turned 23. we celebrated valentines day. we found out we were having a little girl (so we thought) into our family...and kept it a secret for 5 months.

.march- we were still in rexburg. i started packing us up to move to utah and than to texas. andrew was finishing up his second to last semester of school.

.april- b celebrated her first easter. she also turned 1. we moved from our VERY FIRST apartment t utah for 6 weeks. we attended MANY byu baseball games, and b found her love for hot dogs (you have to have a hot dog at a ball game). b also got to play with her cousin lily.

.may- we moved to texas. it was a long 22 hours, but we did it. we decided to fork out the moo-la and stay in a hotel that was SOOOO nice and served breakfast and dinner. andrew started working as an intern at USAA.we also found out that we were really having a BOY! (i was 34 weeks).

.june- andrew continued working as an intern at USAA. we went out every weekend to somewhere new....seaworld, splashtown, the beach. i even got myself into a stinking bathing suit (not pretty at 35+ weeks).

.july- my mommy came to texas. we welcome our adorable parker boy into our family. deb, rog and evan came and visited. we continued living in texas 3 weeks after parker was born. celebrated 4th of july as a family of FOUR.

.august- we moved from texas to utah. we flew to washington for my sister's wedding (brooklynns FIRST plane ride). saw friends and family in both washington and utah.

.september- Parker got blessed. moved to rexburg. andrew started his LAST semester of school. we moved into a 3 bedroom main floor of a home. (andrew was able to walk to school in 7 minutes tops).  i continued to adjust being a mommy of 2.

.october- b dressed up as a princess, and parker dressed up as her dragon. (Parker's FIRST halloween). i FINALLY got newborn pictures of Parker (not so newborn). we got to listen to general conference and set some traditions with our family.

.november- .brooklynn got to build a snowman and eat snow after our first snowfall in rexburg. parker got to watch his first snow from the window. i started packing up for our move. we got to come to utah for thanksgiving with the judds and gain our weight in goodies that was consumed.

.december. ANDREW GRADUATED with a 3.889 (dang WSU, he would of had a 4.0 if he wouldnt of gone there). he was the top 10% of his class. we MOVED from rexburg. (crazy). We got to celebrate christmas with BOTH families (such a blessing). Parker had his FIRST christmas, and we set more traditions.

.so now to throw in pictures of what we have been up to lately as well. alot of what i NEED to post is video....but i dont have time for that tonight. so pictures will have to do.

.i also had to say good-bye to my mommy, my 2 sisters....it....SUCKED...i am hoping we arent totally broke this summer after buying a home (fingers crossed) that i can fly out and see them :)

 .thanksgiving break we went four wheeling....we did ALOT of it.

 .b will sit on her grandpa's lap ANY chance she can.

 .it doesnt look steep...but i decided i would go four wheeling with derek and andrew....freak they are CRAZY...i conquered this hill ...i almost peed my pants.

 .down, down, down in the valley is where we STARTED when we went four wheeling.

 .we have had lunch dates with ronnie at the hospital.

 .b demanded uncle evan to take her for a ride on her trike.

 .she snuggled with uncle ty, he rocked her to sleep.

 .she played in my boots.

 .she wanted to go skiing with her daddy...but he said no.

 .mommy found herself a NEW man.

 .b painted the futon.

 .and paid her time for it.

 .parker has gotten cuter, and his eyes are still sooo lovely.

 .b does this face when she is ready to inform you of something VERY important.

.bit of a funk.

.im not sure why.

 

.but i am in a bit of a funk.

 

.i feel very lonely lately...and its getting to me.

 

.i dont know if its because this week 2 of my good friends are out of town and others have moved away.

 

.or if its the reality that we are moving soon...VERY SOON...far far away.

 

.or that i feel very "the same" and want a change of me...like my hair...and just when i decide i am going to go short, andrew informs me that he likes it long...SERIOUSLY?

 

.or maybe because andrew is working on hw or work all the time it seems, but will bend over backwards for others...im not complaining....its a good trait he has...just hard on me.

 

.i say i'm in a "funk" because i just cant seem to put my finger on it...and so i just cant come out and say what exactly is bothering me...maybe all of the above?.

 

,maybe i just need a girls night, a date night and to go out and cut my hair? maybe that will solve everything....

 

....but wait...im still moving....dang!

 

.well as i sit and try to figure out my funk, i look at pictures and realize i am OKAY and i am BLESSED and that life could be ALOT worse...hopefully i wake up out of this funk ...on a positive note, i have a basketball game tomorrow night and that seems to help just a little bit.

 

 .she is SUCH a daddy's girl..found these two sleeping on saturday.

 .and parker was with his mommy in the other room like this.

 .hair bow my sister made...i sent this PROVING i do use stuff she sends up...matched her outfit perfectly.

 .she HAD to wear her underwear...all 3 pairs...i dont complain because she has gone poo on the toilet for almost 3 weeks now....and she TELLS ME when she needs to go...i dont need to ask.

.these two make my life complete...."bruda and seester" watching elmos world together.

.short vs long.

.i have been needing a hair change for a really long time.

.and has much as i LOVE highlighting my hair, it doesnt last long enough and we dont have the moola for it right now.

.however a hair cut may just do the thing..and that we can afford.

.so do i just cut off the nasty stuff off the bottom..

.or do i go short?.

.not too short, but short for me.

.i dont know what to do...i LOVE my hair shorter cause its easy to do, doesnt take forever to dry/style, it looks healthy, i can still put it in a ponytail, i can still curl it....but EVERY TIME i cut it...i regret it cause my hair takes soooo long to grow out...but than again we are moving to texas.

.see. i go back and forth.

.ahhhhh even looking at pictures i LOVE my hair long...but LOVE it short...what to do what to do?.
