.grumpy.period.tired.

.on monday, i was GRUMPY.

.i was tired. i hated it was monday already. i hated that brooklynn will no YELL, "NO!" when i ask her to do something. i hated that parker was feeling crappy, and teething. i hated how i felt (thanks period). i hated how broke out my face was (thanks period). brooklynn bringing me her poopy diaper and smearing poop all over the glider....i was just GRUMPY.

.thankfully, after a LONG morning, and not getting anything i wanted to get done, meeting up with andrew for lunch, but soon dropping him off with no lunch and screaming kids (i forgot BOTH of their paci's) ...we came home and EVERYONE went to bed, including me. thankfully, we ALL woke up in better moods. i made dinner, vacuumed, played with kids, and daddy was home.

.today, i was BOUND to make better. although miss attitude still yells "NO!" at me, and spending A LOT of time in time out, we have had a great day. we woke up and played and played and played. than both kids went down for a nap. (brooklynn came to me after i put parker down and said, "sippy and paci" and went and climbed in her bed. both kids slept for about 2 hours. than we woke up and got some lunch and brooklynn and i made sugar cookie bars from pinterest (okay, still prefer sugar cookies)....but she LOVED helping. i let both Parker and her lick a beater...they loved it....than i let him each of a popsicle. (i put them both in the bathtub (dont worry i JUST washed it) and let them eat popsicles and afterwards just rinsed them off. genius. 

.now here i am blogging, b is watching a movie on the ipod and parker is taking a nap....now just waiting for daddy to get off work, and pop dinner in the oven.

For those who are friends with me on facebook, you have seen this....but here is a little story. so yesterday when we met andrew up for lunch we FINALLY found a carwash that wasnt me getting out and spraying down the car (unrealistic with kids), anyways....so we found one and figured we would go real fast before i dropped andrew back off at work....

we... brooklynn FLIPPED out....and Parker FLIPPED because Brooklynn flipped out. it was hilarious. and of course i had my ipod and got it on camera.!
